Particulates, odor and pollutants are found in the ordinary tap water supplied to the citizen's of Phoenix. The NRDC found errors in the testing of the watershed for point source pollutants.

To assist in efforts to improve water quality, and environmental awareness and monitoring, I will work to add our city's waterways to the adopt-a-street program. This will recognize groups who work to identify and remove point-source pollutants from Phoenix's run-off watershed.
