The current fiscal budget is 3.3 Billion dollars. This represents a 13% year over year spending increase. The city is banking on continued property valuation increases, sales tax increases and state funds to make up projected shortfalls.

For example no spending decreases in fire or police protection with total elimination of the tax give aways to private development yielded a 1 Billion dollar savings.
